Highly specialized care is an important part of the activities at Örebro University Hospital. We aim to have a leading position in strategic areas.
Highly specialized care is carried out at most of the hospital’s departments, but we focus particularly on heart surgery, cancer treatments, ophthalmology, urology, and general surgery. Patients come from throughout central Sweden for these treatments.
